- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff was not helpful at all. I read online that they offer loans for not just gold and coins, but also musical instruments. They took one look at me and said "No, we don't bother with that kind of stuff" and couldn't point me in the direction of anywhere that could assist me around here. Well, I don't bother with terrible customer service. Also, I didn't appreciate the wonky store hours - not even close to what's advertised. Not Recommended.By Brian Rader, June 27, 2017
